Inside the build

What shaped the current product.

  1. 01

Built and tested multiple card-and-dice approaches to representing pins, picks, and tension.

  2. 02

Ran repeated playtests from July through December 2024.

  3. 03

Used observed confusion, memory load, and weak tool choices to drive changes to the pick system and terminology.
